THESSALONIKI CARS sets as its first priority, its commercial activity and reputation in society to be made within the framework of the security of your personal data. Cancellation policy.

Cancellation more than 5 days before the day of receipt.
If you choose to cancel a partially prepaid reservation up to 5 days before the date of receipt of the rental, we will refund the deposit paid for the amount of the reservation. Once canceled, we will credit your money within about 5 business days. The credits will be applied to the same card with which you paid the deposit.
Cancellation within 5 days before the time of receipt.
If you cancel less than 5 days before the day of receipt, your deposit ( 25% of the booking value) will not be refunded.
If you do not show up.
If you do not cancel your reservation before the time of receipt and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, your deposit ( 25% of the booking value) will not be refunded.
Grace Period in Cancellation Policy & Management Charge.
If you choose to cancel your reservation before your reservation is confirmed, then we will refund the prepaid amount.

THESSALONIKI CARS may share certain personal data with third parties in order to facilitate the activities of personal data management and communication with informative newsletters. Also in cases of financial transactions or expressions of interest and participation related to our actions abroad or to the staff of our organization there.

Right to complain
